Represented company at settlement conferences and mediation hearings. Provided strategic legal expertise and support to the business unit. Evaluated rates, fees, and loan term disclosures used by the private label credit card business. Reviewed and updated legal compliance manuals reviewed and approved marketing materials. Advised business leaders. Provided expertise regarding delinquency and collection practices. Negotiated issues between dealers conducting business with GE. Developed contract and loan documents for GE customers.
